Expanding the Fallout Universe since 2077!

Rules About Administrators Help
The Pip-boy Wiki

The Pib-Boy Wiki is a Fallout Fanon Wiki - this a site where users create their own characters, stories, and cooky places in the Fallout universe, expanding on the canon established by series of games and side projects such as the Fallout Bible.

All of the contents of this wiki are strictly not canon, we aren't here to summarize game info. To read canon information about the Fallout universe, see: Nukapedia; a Fallout wiki. However, what we do here is expand on that canon without contradicting it.

Please refrain from adding fanon or references to other game series, this place is primarily about Fallout. Also please do not post your mod ideas here either, that isn't what this place is for. However, feel free to go dieselpunk or Reaganpunk in your fanon. Fallout frequently jumped between several different styles.

We are currently editing 76 articles.

All pages can be edited and you are welcome to join us and contribute to this wiki. Everyone is free to create a new page or edit an existing one, but do not edit pages without the authors permission. If you have any questions about the wiki or helping out, you can ask one of the adminstrators, or one of our many helpful users.

Please note that only registered users may post articles, articles posted by IP anons will be deleted
Remember to read the rules before making an article.

What is the Pibp-Boy Wiki About?
What's The Pip-Boy Wiki About?

The Pip Boy Wiki is site where fans can expand on the Fallout canon, creating fanon and building off each others' stories.

Fanon and Canon?

Canon: The 'real' Fallout universe, made by the creators of the game. Wikipedia's definition is: "Canon, in terms of a fictional universe, is any material that is considered to be "genuine," or can be directly referenced as material produced by the original author or creator of a series."

Fanon: Additions to the Fallout universe (i.e: factions, places, characters), made by fans of the game. Urban dictionary's definition is: "Fanon is the collection concepts and ideas that are normally used in most fan fiction, but don't really exist in the real story's canon."

Is This an RP Wiki?

The Pip-Boy Wiki is an RP (roleplaying) wiki, but its not the main focus. It is true that we do roleplay on this site but you should not come here for just that reason alone. Those of you looking for a dedicated Fallout RP site should check out the Wastes. Oddly enough, The Wastes has its own wiki (which partially serves as a graveyard for Tranquility Lane content of yore): The Wastes Wiki. Alternately, there's the Fallout Roleplaying Wiki.

Not Fallout related but still a favorite, the world's greatest Reaganpunk flavored prison/criminal RP: Pacific Lockup. If you're in the mood for some Mediterranean/Levant/North African inspired fantasy roleplaying, check out Tales of Madness.

Then read our about page, it's pretty short and it'll give you some helpful tips to get off to a good start here, asking for criticism on an article you create wouldn't hurt either.
